Sitti returns to the concert scene this August 28 with fellow ASAP Sessionistas Nina, Aiza Seguerra, Duncan Ramos, Richard Poon, and MYMP. At the press conference for their upcoming concert, Sitti revealed that aside from the medley numbers that viewers love about the Sessionistas, they will also put on their dancing shoes. “May weeklong rehearsal kami lahat kasi aside from the songs we’ll be singing may mga dance numbers din kami.May R&B and Pop dance kami nina Juris (Fernandez of MYMP) at Nina. Basta bahala na si Lord, ha ha ha! But we trust naman our choreographers and stage directors na they bring out the best in us.”

The Bossanova Diva has been praised not just for her unique singing style but with her interesting chemistry with Richard during their performances on ASAP every Sunday. Now many people are speculating that romance may be brewing between the two, but Sitti clarified that she and Richard are just friends. “Kasi when Richard and I sing together people see a different chemistry kaya akala talaga nila there’s something romantic going on. But the truth is sa bawat performance namin we’re just feeling the song. Also ilang beses na kaming nagkakasama sa mga shows kaya malalim na ‘yung friendship namin at ‘yung pagiging comfortable namin sa isa’t isa.”

While Richard is currently single, Sitti said she has a “complicated” status at this time. “Medyo complicated ang status ko ngayon e. Magulo talaga. I don’t even know if I can consider that I’m seeing someone. Ganun kagulo ang status ko ngayon. Hindi ko pa siya nakakausap.”

Sitti further admitted that she finds Richard very attractive and that the door is still open for romance. “Oo naman, si Richard Poon ‘yan e, ha ha ha! I respect his artistry at malalim na ‘yung pinagsamahan namin. Sabi nga nila ‘di ba, the best relationships are founded on friendships. Hindi naman siguro malayong mangyari na magka-developankami. Who knows what’s going to happen in the future?”

But how does Sitti feel now that Richard is being linked to actress Maricar Reyes? “Wala namang selos. Kung saan na lang happy si Richard happy na rin ako for him, ha ha ha! Right now naman kasi we’re just friends. It’s always nice for a performer to find someone with who he or she shares a great chemistry.”
