TFC.tv offers “Juan Dela Cruz” special release for global Pinoys |

Quezon City, Philippines, February 14, 2013—The Filipino Channel (TFC) once again sets a media trend as it delivers a special release of one of its newest teleseryes through TFC.tv, the official online service TFC that offers the largest collection of legitimate Kapamilya content worldwide.
As part of its initial offering, TFC.tv is offering TFC's newest drama-action serye, “Juan Dela Cruz.” Starring the Teleserye Prince Coco Martin himself, the show has quickly captured the hearts of TV viewers worldwide with a pilot episode that reigned as the most watched TV program in the Philippines. Based on Kantar Media data, the superhero action-drama series garnered 36.5% of Philipine TV ratings, or 20 points higher than the ratings of its rival program “Indio” of GMA, which only received 16.5% during its launch.
Building on this success, TFC.tv is treating fans to a special release entitled “Juan Dela Cruz, Ang Unang Linggo.” Offered in high definition (HD), the special release showcases the first 6 episodes of “Juan Dela Cruz” in one movie-like compilation. Fans can now relive and enjoy the stunning visual display of the origins and backstory of the main character, Juan.
“Juan dela Cruz, Ang Unang Linggo” is the first special release in HD to be featured on TFC.tv. Using progressive streaming technology, the new “Play High” video viewing option now allows viewers to rewind and play at their own pleasure.
