Lalong nadiin si Dra. Vicki Belo sa umpisang siwalat ni Eric Chua sa News and Current Affairs ng ABS-CBN dahil diumano'y ito ang may hawak ng master copy ng Hayden Kho sex videos na naglalaman ng mga sexcapades ng binatang doktor with sexy star Katrina Halili at iba pang babae at celebrities. Ayon sa nakalap ng ABS-CBN.com, nasa Paris pa rin hanggang ngayon si Dra. Belo na bagama't ang dahilan ay trabaho at may sino-shoot daw na video in connection with Belo Medical Group. Still hindi mapapasubalian ang espekulasyon na "tinakasan" ni Belo ang mainit pa ring usapin ng Hayden Kho sexcapades na nakarating na rin sa senado.
Sa pahayag ni Eric last year pa daw ang pagdiskubre ng doktora sa mga videos. "Nagsimula ang lahat noong December 9, 2008," bungad ni Eric, noong aminin daw ni Princess Velasco kay Dra. Vicki Belo ang kanyang bawal na relasyon kay Hayden. Si Velasco ay empleyado ng Belo Medical Clinic at girlfriend naman ni Dr. Herbert "Bistek" Rosario na kaibigan nina Hayden at Eric. "Upon hearing of Princess' report, Vicki asked Princess to get us to go with her," tuloy na salaysay ni Eric. Noong makaharap daw ni Belo sina Eric at Bistek, sinumbong din ng dalawa (Eric at Bistek) na may sex videos si Hayden na nakatago sa kanyang computer (laptop) at dahil dito, pinakiusapan daw sila ni Belo na kunin ang mga computers ni Hayden sa tinitirhan niyang condominium. "Vicki assured us that the computers were properties of Belo Medical Group and that she owned the apartment (condo where Hayden's staying). She (Vicki) even gave us the key to the apartment and provided us with a driver and a car to take us there," salaysay pa ni Eric.
Pagdating daw sa bahay ni Belo, na bitbit ang mga computers, agad din nilang nabalitaan na nagtangkang magpakamatay daw si Hayden. "Just when we were about to start working with the laptop, we received information that Hayden attempted to commit suicide, so we rushed back to the condominium unit. When we got there, we found Hayden sprawled on the bed unconscious." Pitong araw mula noon at noong gumaling na si Hayden muli raw ipinatawag ni Vicki Belo si Eric para buksan ang computer ni Hayden at ipakita (sa kanya ) ang mga sex videos. "We compiled the videos and then when we were confident that all the videos have already been located, she gave me DVD discs and asked me to burn her a copy of the videos. After that, she (Vicki) told me to delete the files on the computer," makabuluhang pahayag pa ni Eric. Bagama't masama daw ang loob ni Eric kay Hayden dahil sa pang-aagaw nito ng nobya ni Bistek wala raw motibo si Eric para (gantihan ) o ipakalat and mga nasabing (sex) videos. "I don't know if she (Vicki) made 2nd or 3rd generation copy of the first one but the copy she told me to make from the computer was (only) one disc."
Nagpakita na rin sa wakas si Eric sa NBI last June 4 para magsumite ng affidavit. Sa ngayon, pinag-aaralan na niya ang pagsasampa ng kasong libelo sa mga taong nag-aakusa sa kanya. Hindi raw kasi tamang basta na lamang siya pinapangalanan sa media ng walang inilalabas na ebidensiya. Kaugnay ng paglabas ni Eric, tinatawagan daw ng News and Current Affairs ang telepono ni Dra. Vicki Belo sa Paris subalit walang sumasagot sinuman sa kampo niya.
