Pinoy Big Brother Double Up is the third season of the regular edition of the popular reality show. Toni Gonzaga has been hosting the show since the first season so people became curious as to whether she is the highest paid among the current hosts of the series. During the press con for Pinoy Big Brother Double Up, fellow host Mariel Rodriguez revealed that they have never discussed their salaries. “Hindi namin alam. I don’t know how much Bianca (Gonzalez) makes, I don’t know how much Toni makes. Honestly, until now I still don’t know how much I make. Hindi po kasi naming napag-uusapan ang budget, eh,” Mariel said.

Talent fees aside, hosts Toni, Mariel, and Bianca are all committed to offering audiences something new in Double Up. “Meron kaming conscious effort na mag-improve and offer something new. And 'pag bago din naman yung housemates, mararamdaman niyo naiiba rin naman yung hosting namin. We also go with the flow kung ano yung takbo ng tema sa loob ng bahay. Kung masaya, masaya kami, kung seryoso, medyo seryoso. And I think yung style ng hosting namin meron po kasi kaming kanya-kanya,” said Toni.

Ako kasi iba naman po yung energy na required sa Wowowee, iba rin yung energy na kailangan for PBB. Wala namang 'bigatin' na pinipili sa PBB 'di ba? Ako personally I make an extra effort na ibahin yung look ko,” explained Mariel.

“I firmly believe na hindi kami magiging [the kind of] hosts na kung ano kami ngayon kung hindi dahil sobra sa Pinoy Big Brother, na-mold talaga kung ano kaya naming gawin dahil sa show na ito,” added Bianca.

Meanwhile, the three hosts also revealed that they plan to color coordinate their gowns during Pinoy Big Brother special nights. “We always stick to one designer 'pag launch and Big Night and I think we're going to work something out for this season,” said Toni.
