Dionisia Pacquiao doesn’t want to get married again

When Dionisia Pacquaio (or simply Mommy D as she likes herself to be called from now on) sat down for her first press conference last week, she not only impressed entertainment columnists with makeover and designer gown but she also proved that she has a voice worthy of an album. After much cajoling from the press, she belted out her favorite song “Paper Roses” and “Isa Lamang Talaga” (popularized by her idol Imelda Papin,) the latter of which speaks about a man torn between two lovers.

Apparently, she used to sing the latter to her estranged husband who had been unfaithful to her.

Dionisia further shared that her son Manny wanted her and her ex to reconcile but she insisted that she can never trust a man who betrayed her once.

At this point in her life, the 60-year-old confessed that she has no plans to remarry anytime soon. Just like a seasoned celebrity, Dionisia added that she has more important things to do than falling in love again.

With the fame she is enjoying right now, however, it wouldn’t be surprising if there were some who would try to woo her. To which she amusingly replied, “Ay humanda sila sa akin!
