Geneva Cruz headlines the special 2009 music issue of Maxim Magazine. The sultry diva, who is no stranger to men’s magazines, makes her most daring pose yet as she goes all natural on the cover. Geneva burns bright and beautiful as a sexy nature goddess in her jungle-themed pictorial like you’ve never seen her before.
In an exclusive interview, Geneva also opens up about her upcoming projects and past relationships. The “Anak Ng Pasig” singer also talks about her efforts to help Mother Nature by adapting a vegetarian diet and contributing to the cause of the People for Ethical Treatment of the Animals (PETA).
Maxim’s May issue is jam-packed with other features about music, starting with the 25 Hottest Women in Music. The sizzling list includes vocalists and musicians who are still active in the industry and have been handpicked by Maxim editors. Sitting pretty in the number 25 spot is DJ sensation Christina Bärtges whose interview can be read in the Goddess is a DJ article. Maxim also sits down for a one-on-one exclusive with Diane Ventura, the woman blamed by many to be the cause for the break-up of Eraserheads, as she narrates her side of the story.
Other musical features to round out the issue are interviews with iconic composer Ryan Cayabyab and with rock bands Chicosci, Hilera, and Duster; a fashion pictorial with Ely Buendia and the boys of Pupil; and a look at the Cebu music scene. Maxim’s scorching pictorials also feature Cambodian-Thai model and actress Sunisa Kim, Fil-Aussie model Nadia Holloway, and pure Pinay Missy Bautista.
