CONTENT ASSISTANT FOR MUSIC
Scope of Work
The Content Assistant is responsible in achieving/reaching the targeted mobile revenues and subscribers for all mobile music services. He/she supports all music accounts in promoting their mobile content and services. He/she works closely with mobile operations for the scheduled pushes for the mobile music subscription services.
Qualifications
· Graduate of Marketing or business-related course
· With at least 1-2 years marketing experience/background
· Music person (has a good pulse of popular music, preferably with experience as a band member, OJT in radio station, etc.)
· Very good communication and presentation skills
· Pro-active, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable

PROJECT OFFICER (FOR ABS-CBN INTERACTIVE)
Scope of Work
As project officer, this person’s role is to ensure that the projects assigned to him or her are completed on time, according to scope and within budget. This person will take the lead and see through the project from start to finish, updating the team and steering committee members regularly. He or she will be the one to impose the agreed processes as well as review existing systems and structures for efficiency. This person will ensure that all steps are properly documented and that all agreements are properly communicated to all the people involved.
Qualifications
· College graduate from a reputable university
· Has good project management background in digital projects (web, online, mobile)
· Must be highly-organized, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), a great leader and a team-player.
· His/her skills in documentation, problem solving and time management must be top rank.
· Must possess the thirst for efficiency and the ability to launch projects assigned to him or her.
SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
The Database Administrator is responsible for the:
1. Design;
2. Configuration;
3. Implementation;
4. Maintenance; and
5. Repair of the organization’s database
The role includes:
1. Development and design of database strategies

3. Capacity planning for current and future needs
The Database Administrator should have the following background or experience:
· Operating Systems: Windows and Linux
· Database: MSSQL and/or MYSQL. Working experience on both is an advantage.

WEB APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER
The Web Application Developer will be responsible in developing, enhancing, optimizing service modules in B3A. He or she will be expected to comply with ABSi Application Development Methodology and practices.
- Bachelors Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or Equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in web development
- At least 1 year development experience with a compiled language - Java (J2SE)
- Familiarity with WAP page development, preferably with DHTML / XHTML / XSLT / CSS knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with MySQL, constructing and analyzing SQL statements is a must
- Familiar with Linux using any variants (e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu, Redhat, Fedora)
- Working Experience in any IDE (NetBeans, Eclipse)

LEAD DEVELOPER/SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR
The Lead Developer/Systems Integrator shall lead the systems and web application development team in the analysis of clients requirements and preparations of business and features. He/She shall develop software modules and architectures of IT systems with medium to large complexity, according to specifications and defined standards/processes. This person shall drive research and development, as well as management for the implementation of the systems and the web application development projects and ensures that systems and web applications team are adept with the latest technologies and adhere to the standard of coding conventions. He/she shall train and mentor software developers and develop, integrate and implement applications, including front-end development, server side development and database integration.
· Bachelor Degree holder in IT, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering and related degree
· Skilled in MVC Framework
· C#.NET frameworks with some VB.NET experience.
· Skilled in PHP
· Very strong knowledge of current architectural approaches to Windows and Web-based application development.
· Web Related Technologies: JavaScript, Web services, SOAP, XML, MVC, ASP.NET.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Systems Administrator is responsible for multimedia server and network management. He installs, maintains and upgrades the servers, which are located at external data centers. He ensures that the servers are backed up, and that the server data is secure from unauthorized access. He also often performs brand scripting, which involves writing programs to automate tasks. Functions include:
- installing, updating and patching operating systems;
- auditing of systems and software;
- monitoring and troubleshooting of servers,
- documenting of system configurations, backups, maintenance and tuning of servers;
- managing, deploying, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting of networks;
- documenting of logical, physical and protocol maps and other standard procedures; and
- backing up of network configuration parameters.
Qualifications
· Graduate of any 4-year computer related course;
· Male, not more than 30 years old;
· At least 1 year experience in hands-on technical support;
· Willing to work on a shifting schedule, during weekends and holidays;
· Agreeable to perform field work; and
· Fast learner, team-oriented, assertive, can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
VIDEO TRANSCODER
The Video Transcoder shall be responsible in publishing a video in the internet with complete blurbs, images and al the links of shows that has been in aired in ABS-CBN, Philippine TV. He/she must ensure that published videos are free from dead links, page load errors and wrong video file. He/she should be able to do the recording, licensing, uploading and delivery to the end consumers.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Computer Science, and any related course
· Computer literate, good communication skills, can write fluent english
· Proficient in editing softwares such as Ulead, Windows Media Encoder, Adobe Photoshop.
· Must have keen interest in movies and ABS-CBN programs.
WEB GRAPHICS DESIGNER
The ideal candidate is a graphic artist who can create clean but exciting website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. He/She must have a deep understanding of the opportunities and limitations of the web medium and should be able to incorporate concepts of information flow, readability, and interface usability principles to graphic designs that are not only visually stunning but also translate into highly functional, legible, and easy-to-use web pages.
· Strong graphic design skills, artistic sense, and fluency in Photoshop
· Ability to work within and build upon existing ABS-CBN websites
· Understanding of information flow, readability, and interface usability design principles
· A passion for user interface and web page graphic design
· XHTML and CSS skills
· Must have excellent knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash and other graphic design software
· Familiarity with web scripting languages such as JavaScript and ActionScript
· Knowledge of browser compatibility issues
