CONTENT ASSISTANT FOR MUSIC

Scope of Work

The Content Officer for Music is responsible in achieving/reaching the targeted mobile revenues and subscribers for all mobile music services. He supports all music accounts in promoting their mobile content and services. He works closely with mobile operations for the scheduled pushes for the mobile music subscription services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing or business related course
• With as least 1-2years marketing experience/background
• Music person (has a good pulse of popular music, preferably with experience as a band member, OJT in radio station, etc.)
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
• Tech-savvy, people oriented and fast worker

WEB PRODUCER (For MMOG)

Scope of Work

The Web Producer manages the Amped website, content and communication. He coordinates and oversees production for Web/Online related initiates and provides the textual content for all online and offline communication materials to enhance the products and services of the division. Web Producer focuses on defining innovative and highly effective interactive internet strategy of online communication platforms. This position manages internet efforts, oversees the planning and usability of all external websites and communities, provide oversight from a development perspective in order to maintain knowledge on the online content management system, forums, blogs, wikis, document libraries, image libraries, personal pages and news processes, the execution of collaboration plans and increase knowledge-sharing awareness between colleagues, customers and partners. The Web Producer must also ensure that these contents are understandable and effectively communicated to both existing and prospective customers.

 Qualifications

• Male or Female, 23-30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, AB English or  Education (Major in English). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

WEB APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER

The Web Application Developer will be responsible in developing, enhancing, optimizing service modules in B3A. The primary role will be programming based on the agreed specification given by the lead.  The Application Developer will also participate in scoping sessions to determine the approach the architecture and design.  He or she will be expected to comply with ABSi Application Development Methodology and practices.

• Bachelors Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or Equivalent
• 1 to 2 years experience in web development
• At least 1 year development experience with a compiled language - Java (J2SE)
• Familiarity with WAP page development, preferably with DHTML / XHTML / XSLT / CSS knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with MySQL, constructing and analyzing SQL statements is a must
• Familiar with Linux using any variants (e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu, Redhat, Fedora)
• Working Experience in any IDE (NetBeans, Eclipse)
• Preferably knowledgeable with CVS or Subversion
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
• Previous exposure in a telco-mobile industry will be a definite advantage
• Preferably (but not a must) with experience in developing WAP base application (e.g. SMS, MMS, WAP), this will include familiarity in rendering WAP pages for different handsets through transcoding.

APPLICATION DEVELOPER

LEAD DEVELOPER/SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR

The Lead Developer/Systems Integrator shall lead the systems and web application development team in the analysis of clients requirements and preparations of business and features. He/She shall develop software modules and architectures of IT systems with medium to large complexity, according to specifications and defined standards/processes. This person shall drive research and development, as well as management for the implementation of the systems and the web application development projects and ensures that systems and web applications team are adept with the latest technologies and adhere to the standard of coding conventions. He/she shall train and mentor software developers and develop, integrate and implement applications, including front-end development, server side development and database integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder in IT, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering and related degree
• Skilled in MVC Framework
• C#.NET frameworks with some VB.NET experience.
• Skilled in PHP
• Very strong knowledge of current architectural approaches to Windows and Web-based application development.
• Web Related Technologies: JavaScript, Web services, SOAP, XML, MVC, ASP.NET.
• MS SQL/MY SQL, basic database management and development (including in depth knowledge of Structured Query Language, stored procedures, functions)
• Visual Studio 2008/2010 Environments.

• Must have keen interest in movies and ABS-CBN programs.

Job Summary

The Video Transcoder shall be responsible in publishing a video in the internet with complete blurbs, images and al the links of shows that has been in aired in ABS-CBN, Philippine TV. He/she must ensure that published videos are free from dead links, page load errors and wrong video file. He/she should be able to do the recording, licensing, uploading and delivery to the end consumers.

SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Scope of Work

The database administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and repair of the organization’s database. The role includes the development and design of database strategies, monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, and planning for future expansion requirements. Functions include, but not limited to:

• transferring data;
• replicating data;
• maintaining database and ensuring its availability to users;
• controlling privileges and permissions to database users;
• monitoring database performance;
• database backup and recovery; and
• database security

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year computer related course;

·         At least 4 years work experience as DBA;

• Experience in MS SQL or MySQL; and

·         Willing to work on a shifting schedule, during weekends and holidays
