Sam Milby admitted that he has plans of reconciling with Anne Curtis during his interview with Boy Abunda on The Buzz’s Tough Ten portion. Sam candidly said that what he feels for Anne is still very strong. "You know, everything that we've been through, you can't take away how we feel. It's still there." Sam even said that he was always faithful to Anne the whole time they were together.

The actor also elaborated on the reason why he broke up with Anne."I am really working my relationship with God. But I don't want to sound religious. I don't wanna sound self-righteous." It was at this point that Sam said that there are things that he and Anne could only do individually but not together. The actor refused to go into detail and just said that there are things they need to settle first on their own. "I know it's really hard and most people won't understand the truth of it. There are things about us as individuals that we need to work on as individuals. We can't help each other in that aspect." The hunk that he is, Sam was not shy to say that he cried a few times over Anne. "At least four. I think even more than that but there were a lot of things that happened in the relationship and of course, I mean both sides. Ayokong mag-elaborate kung bakit."

Sam also spoke about issues linking him to two other actresses – Rufa Mae Quinto and KC Concepcion. On Rufa Mae, he clarified that he and the actress have nothing romantic going on between them. He shared that the actress once visited him to see his house because Rufa Mae is in the process of redesigning her own home and getting a lot of tips on how to do it. To KC on the other hand, he apologized for getting her name involved in the controversy. "Wala akong balak to court KC," he emphasized. "I want to apologize to KC. I don't know why she is even brought up into the situation of Anne and I. KC I'm sorry you're even brought up into this. I just want to apologize. Sorry."
