Lorenzo Montereal or ''Enzo'' is a 10-year old boy suffering from Progeria - a rapid-aging disease. To preserve his life, Enzo is cryonically frozen by his immensely wealthy parents until a cure can be found for the boy's rare and terminal illness. But thirty years later, Enzo wakes up to a world very different from the one he left behind.

Orphaned and yearning for the life and the love he once knew, Enzo struggles in this new world as he faces tough challenges brought on by greedy relatives,  a continuing dream his father left behind, and the broken promises of a childhood romance.

How can a ten-year old child cope with being legally forty and tasked to run a global corporate empire? How can he regain the love of a girl who is now 30 years his senior? How can his young mind deal with the reality that not everything and everyone around him has changed?

In the end, Enzo will discover that no one can turn back time...
