Alfred asks his brother to let go of the anger in his heart so he can love the people around him freely.
Oliver realizes he has been focusing on his anger and this has also affected Agnes and his family. Leo confesses to Alfred all the wrong doings he has done in the past. He tells him he really wants to have a change of heart for their family. Edson receives a recording of Leo’s conversation with a hired killer on the murder of his father. He goes back to his relatives to tell them they were right about Leo all along and they should seek revenge for Rodolfo. Edson has Leo kidnapped and tortured and even lures Alfred to their hideout. However, Edson could not shoot Leo so his uncle took control of the situation. They tie up Alfred and burn the warehouse in front of Leo to make him watch his son suffer as he dies. The police arrive and miraculously Alfred was able to free himself and get out of the burning structure. Leo promises to surrender himself to the authorities and after being tried in court, he is sentenced to life imprisonment. The brothers finally make peace with each other and their promise to their parents are fulfilled. Alfred officiates Oliver and Agnes’ marriage. Jasmin decides not to fall in love again and considers Alfred still her greatest love. Leo adjusts to life in jail but is content with the love of his children. The End.
