Jose gets a despedida bash.
Jose Sarasola is the fourth eliminated Participante of Pinoy Fear Factor: Argentina, South America. The aspiring chef failed to come close to the logo in the final ‘car drag’ stunt of the Cuarta Ronda De Eliminacion. But instead of going back home to the Philippines that same night, Jose heard a surprise from host Ryan Agoncillo. Jose was given the chance to stay for the next day to celebrate his birthday in Buenos Aires with the Participantes. The half-Spanish cutie was overjoyed when his wish to spend his birthday in Argentina was granted.

The next morning, all the Participantes went to La Boca, the art central of Buenos Aires, for a special meal with red wine. Since any birthday would not be complete with a cake, Savanah Lamsen served Jose his birthday cake with lighted candle on top. The birthday boy blew his candle, and because it was his last day, he gave Savanah, the chica who had fancied him from day one, a kiss on the lips that she will remember until their next meeting.
