The stone aids Gabriel in locating Ruth and Judah.
He finds Judah in a small air hangar where he plans to fly out of the country to escape. Gabriel asks for the keys but Judah tells him that he’d take Ruth with him in exchange for mankind’s safety. Jacob uses his slingshot to distract Judah and Ruth was able to free herself. Gabriel shoots Judah down but Judah with his last breath shoots at Jacob. Gabriel protects his son and takes the bullet. Zatoc returns to the island to try to close the last paradise’s doors but Gabriel knows he should be the one to do so, so he tells Levi to take him to Noah. He returns everything to its rightful place to save the world in exchange for his life. But Mother Nature rewards him and tells him to fulfill his mission as a father. Gabriel lives to marry Ruth and become a father to Jacob.
