Cinema One Premieres “Ngayong Nandito Ka”
Cinema One presents Jericho Rosales and Kristine Hermosa in Ngayong Nandito Ka on Sunday Cine Premiere this February 15 at 8:30 pm!
Shot almost in its entirety in Baguio, the country’s Summer Capital and selected streets in Japan, “Ngayong” revolves around young lovers Garie (Kristine Hermosa) and Rocky (Jericho Rosales) who are members of an up and coming band, and preparing to leave for Japan for a contractual gig. But when fate and Rocky’s family crisis intervened with their dreams, they reluctantly separate. When they meet again after two years, Rocky finds Garie about to marry his friend (Onemig Bondoc). But have they really moved on with their lives?
Shown in February 2003, Ngayong Nandito Ka remains Jericho and Kristine last on-screen pairing, showcasing the relationship that blossomed between the two stars in the pioneering teleserye Pangako Sa ‘Yo (2000). They also paired up in the hits Trip (2001), and Forevermore (2002). They are now both seen on TV in the teleserye Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas.
