Get ready for an anime showdown at Hataw Hanep Hero: The Amped Edition

Get ready for ABS-CBN’s biggest gaming event of the year as Hero TV (the country’s only Filipino-dubbed anime cable channel) and ABS-CBN Multimedia (the makers of popular internet games such as Tantra, Cronous, GetAmped, and War Rock) join forces for Hataw Hanep Hero: The Amped Edition festival to be held at Silver City, Frontera Verde on November 21 and 22.

Now on its fourth year, Hataw Hanep Hero (H3) is Hero TV’s annual two-day youth convention wherein thousands of anime, gaming, technology, and costume play (cosplay) enthusiasts come together to have fun and check out the latest innovations in the industry. Making it twice as eventful this year is the much-awaited grand finals of the nationwide gaming tournament dubbed as Amped Fest where over PHP 500,000 worth of prizes will be given away.

Those in the mood for adventure will also enjoy other fun-filled activities such as the cosplay competition, street dance showdown, dubbing contest, manga art exhibits, wall-climbing, face-painting, and the battle of the bands. Numerous display booths offering various merchandise like manga, toys, software, and other related items will be there for those hoping to ad to their collections. Then get the chance to jam with your favorite rock bands: Sandwich and Spongecola on Day 1 then Angulo and Sugarfree on Day 2.

So be sure to catch all these and more on November 21 and 22 at Silver City, Frontera Verde, Pasig City. The gates will open at 6 pm on Day 1 and 10 am on Day 2. Tickets are available at the venue and all TicketNet outlets for only P100 each. Tune in to Hero TV on Sky Cable Channel 44 or call 911-5555 for more details or inquiries about H3: The Amped Edition. See you there!
