Maaalaala Mo Kaya celebrates the Chinese New Year with a very special episode featuring Albert Martinez and Joross Gamboa. Shot in scenic China, the story revolves around two OFWs who are burdened with their shaky relationships with their respective families. They both work for the same architectural firm where they first meet and become good friends.

Albert plays the role of Arthur, who unexpectedly turns into the kind of father Roque (Joross) has never had. As it is, Arthur has been neglectful of his own son back in the Philippines while Roque is a polio sufferer who has an inferiority complex. Together they will resolve their personal issues and eventually find a sense of purpose in their lives. But just as soon as they form a lasting friendship, unforeseen circumstances will set Arthur and Roque apart. Will they be able to survive without each other to lean on?

Discover an extraordinary friendship come to life with Albert Martinez and Joross Gamboa. Other members of the cast include Allan Paule, Aiza Marquez, Lui Villaruz, Mymy Davao, and the wonder boy of May Bukas Pa, Zaijohn Jaranilla.

Don’t miss another heart-wrenching episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya this Saturday night, right after The Singing Bee.
