Maria Ressa, ABS-CBN Head of News and Current Affairs, says that the idea came from a particular song where a line says, "Basta tayo magkasama, laging mayroong umagang kay ganda". She adds that the show has three simple goals: to inform, entertain and inspire. No doubt, a show that primarily puts its audience in mind by addressing viewer needs and concerns is not something new. However, a show that aspires to inspire its viewers by presenting information that they would want to listen to, with the main goal that the show's output will help its audience achieve their own personal goals, is quite extraordinary. The positivity this show exudes is one of the many things that make it a must-see. And amidst the problems the regular Filipino face, it's nice to know that there's a program waiting for you every morning, that will inspire and give you a fresh outlook in life.
