Over 200 Concentrix employees participated in the event, where they were treated to a string of style talks and insider tips including those on the fields of beauty, fashion, hair, scalp health, nutrition, and wellness. </p><div><br/></div><p>Nuggets of wisdom were shared by speakers Fashion Stylist <strong><a href="https://metro.style/people/society-personalities/bea-constantino-herman-and-co/11897" target="_blank">Bea Constantino</a></strong>, Dermatologist <strong><a href="https://www.instagram.com/askyourderma" target="_blank">Dr. Katrina Luz</a></strong>, and Dietitian <a href="https://metro.style/wellness/nutrition/fascinating-women-2024-jo-sebastian/37747" target="_blank"><strong>Jo Sebastian</strong></a>, touching on topics that resonate with the audience and real women in the workplace.</p><div><br/></div><p>Presented by Metro Office Takeover partner <strong><a href="https://metro.style/beauty/hair/dove-x-metro-office-takeover/37720" target="_blank">Dove</a></strong> and <strong>Unilever Beauty and Wellbeing</strong>, the fun-filled affair catered to all types of stylish women—the classic, romantic, edgy, and sport. Now, why is scalp care important? If your scalp isn’t healthy, then that will also affect how healthy or not healthy your hair is.”</p><div><br/></div><p>As for the last talk, licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian <strong>Jo Sebastian</strong> navigated the philosophy of eating and the principles encompassing it. “One of the biggest things about eating is not just about the food that you eat, but the intention around those choices,” she imparted. “<em>Ibig sabihin</em>, <em>‘pag sobrang dami mong</em> guilt and stress before you eat, <em>kinakain mo rin ‘yung</em> guilt and stress <em>na ‘yun</em>.
