7 Paris Couture Week 2022 Beauty Trends We Love

Expect part drama, part fantasy, equal parts fun with beauty, straight from the City of Light!

<p>Another <strong>Paris Couture Fashion Week</strong> has just wrapped up, and it&#x27;s pretty safe to say we&#x27;ve gotten our fashion appetites satisfied yet again! Runway shows from the fashion world&#x27;s big names, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Fendi, and Valentino sent model after model down the catwalk, clad in the this year&#x27;s most sought-after creations.</p><div><br/></div><p>We&#x27;re in the mood to dream and dress up again, and we&#x27;re also in the mood for some drama. We saw this in a lot of the couture collections and their complementing hair and makeup looks too, so we&#x27;ve gathered seven of our favorite beauty trends spotted at Chanel, Dior, Viktor &amp; Rolf, Schiaparelli, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, and Fendi shows. Geometric, sharp cat eye makeup in stark black eyeshadow and eyeliner ruled the models&#x27; looks, creating a strong beauty statement.<cite>@chanel.beauty</cite></p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Dior - Less is more seems to be the mood for Dior Beauty this season. Creative &amp; Image Director for Dior Makeup Peter Philips created a stark white eyeliner look on the models&#x27; eyes, to emphasize their beauty.<cite>@dior</cite></p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Viktor &amp; Rolf - Viktor &amp; Rolf&#x27;s &#x27;Surreal Shoulder&#x27; collection featured not just exaggeratedly high shoulders, but equally dramatic makeup and hair as well. Inspired by iconic villain Dracula, the makeup featured pale skin, hollowed eyes, rouge noir patent lips, and hot fuchsia blush. Schiaparelli sent jaw-dropping ensembles down the runway yet again, paired with either bare, balmy faces, or statement-making looks such as this one. Jewel-encrusted teardrops on the model&#x27;s face to cap off a stellar look.<cite>@schiaparelli</cite></p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Valentino - Pierpaolo Piccioli presented &#x27;Anatomy of Couture&#x27;—a collection of his signature shapes and silhouettes, in iconic Maison Valentino fashion. Simple, yet striking makeup was featured for the collection—a lot of naturally bare skin, topped off with graphic eyeliner, or in this model&#x27;s case, dramatic eyes care of feather appliques. <cite>@maisonvalentino</cite></p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Louis Vuitton - Iconic supermodel Naomi Campbell walked the runway for the late Virgil Abloh&#x27;s final collection for the French fashion house.
