LOOK: Fashion Brand Studio Sug Brings Pride To Mindanao

<p><strong>Studio Sug</strong>, formerly known as <em>Herman &amp; Co</em>, is <strong>Bea Constantino</strong>’s love letter to her Mindanaoan heritage. Launched in 2016, the brand was meant to be Bea’s small passion project alongside her work as a fashion stylist. Bea and her team have committed to making sure that the pieces they will be releasing under the brand’s new name are pieces their customers haven’t seen before. The use of weaves and textiles are elevated from their usual designs and techniques by using it as accent details and other simplified methods of including it in the outfit. The jacket now includes an interesting back detail inspired by the trademark banig/mat weaving of her hometowns. Something that is also worth to check out are the brand’s workshop edit of apron dresses and overalls.
