When we think of couture, we think of grandness and complexity. But for Pierpaolo Piccioli, it’s actually quite simple—and such is the essence of couture. It’s atypically couture but it’s everything what couture should be: mastery of the clothes and pieces that evoke emotions. They’re modernized armor and that’s what clothes are to Demna Gvasalia.
