<p>No other city has as much pride for homegrown talent as London. The fashion crowd regularly turn up in looks in a bustling street style scene of pretty-meets-punk outfits. The presentations were all around London, turning the entire city into one grand fashion stage. If subtle quite luxury pieces help you fade in the background, Goddard’s loud taffeta designs are built for owning the space you take up. The bags, made from the similar scrunched fabric of the garbs, felt like an extension of the dress they were styled with. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Molly Goddard - The looks snag a happy song as they cascaded down the runway. The designer herself says that everything is designed quite blobby where every piece has a slight ugliness to it all. Cowgirl or not, a Molly Goddard dress will make you feel undeniably confident. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Erdem - Erdem honors complex women with glamorous, texture wardrobe for F/W 2024. Prim suits in colorful wool herringbones, blurred houndstooths, and delicate sheets populated the runway.</p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Erdem - On the heads of the model were larger-than-life earrings while on the feet they wore feathered heels and pointed pumps that provided extra drama to the looks.</p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Richard Quinn - Known for loving both the gritty and gorgeous, Richard Quinn delivers yet another theatric collection. He exchanged his overt use of latex for a moment of calm with a bridal collection. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Richard Quinn - A number of black and white pieces as well as bodacious florals walked down the runway. Each print and stitch took hours and hours of innovative needlework. “If we develop a textile or an embroidery, it is always done from scratch ourselves. I wanted to make clothes that feel new and fresh, but could almost be in an archive one day,” says Richard. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Simone Rocha - Serving as the final chapter to her own trilogy that started with Spring and followed by her couture stint at Jean Paul Gaultier, Simone Rocha explores romantic melancholy for Fall. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Simone Rocha - Dark furs fashioned with her signature bows, crystal-embellished accessories, and plenty of tulle, the collection felt somber and whimsical. Simone was inspired by Queen Victoria’s mourning dress.  When you get dressed for a wake you wear all black out of respect for the dead but also as a way to step out of yourself. You make peace with the darkness by becoming one with it,” says Simone. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Marques Almeida - After presenting shows in their native Portugal for a few years, Marta Marques and Paolo Almeida has officially returned in London Fashion Week. The duo offered cinched silhouettes, cool gradients, and wants to inject bubble hems into your wardrobe. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Marques Almeida - The designers have always been big on age and size inclusivity. It was beautiful to see the looks come together!</p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>JW Anderson - Jonathan Anderson has once again proved his sculptural mastery with braided yarn dresses, contorted motorcycle jackets, and more in his latest F/W 2024 collection. The JW Anderson founder and Loewe Creative Director is constantly experimenting with looks that garner a second look. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>JW Anderson - Playing into the ‘grandma core’ aesthetic, knitwear never looked this fun and chic. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Burberry - As per usual, Burberry closed London Fashion Week with a bang. The heritage brand owns F/W 2024, it’s only fitting to see an array of covetable long coats, leather goods, and knitwear on the runway. </p></div><div class="item-desc"><p>Burberry - Daniel Lee played up with deep earth tones with pops of eggplant and lime hues. Iconic Burberry checks were of course present on the runway.
