We highly recommend the osso bucco cooked sous vide in fresh tomatoes, wine and herbs. The whole leg of beef, roasted for ten hours till mouthwateringly tender and succulent — order this in advance. End your meal with the fantastic desserts from Chef Rhea’s very own Flour Pot Manila.
