Peruvian television embraces Philippine telenovela Puentes de Amor (Bridges of Love)

Impacting Peruvian television since its premiere, the ABS-CBN drama “Puentes de Amor” (“Bridges of Love”) charts an impressive 26% audience share increase surpassing its timeslot competition. With this, the first Philippine soap opera airing in Latin America has effectively duplicated its impressive performance on local shores.

Cesar Diaz, Head of 7A Media was quoted as saying: “The Peruvian public has had an excellent reception to the telenovela, leading to many expectations,” after the successful results of its first two weeks of airing.
“Puentes de Amor” has an emotionally-charged romantic and action-packed plot about two brothers divided by fate and hatred, then brought together by the woman they both love. Expert performances of actor Jericho Rosales, “Asia’s Prince of Drama” and his talented co-stars Paulo Avelino and Maja Salvador, have resonated well with Peruvian audiences

Produced by Philippine entertainment media giant ABS-CBN and exclusively distributed by 7A Media in a landmark partnership, “Puentes de Amor” is dubbed in Spanish and airs Monday to Friday at 5 PM on Panamericana Televisión.
