MANILA – More Filipino movies produced by ABS-CBN are coming to Chinese television as part of the milestone deal inked by the Kapamilya network and Phoenix Satellite Television last year.
Providing more content to Chinese everywhere, “The Achy Breaky Hearts” as well as “Dear Other Self” will air on the Phoenix Movie Channel next month.
Meanwhile, “My Perfect You,” “Can’t Help Falling In Love,” “My Ex and Whys,” “Always Be My Maybe” and “To Love Some Buddy” will premiere on the cable channel in June.
In July, viewers can catch “Everything About Her,” “You’re My Boss,” “Hihintayin Kita Sa Langit” and “Kasal.”
November will bring “Siargao” which is about a burned-out musician who escapes the troubles in the city and goes to an island where he eventually finds love.
The channel aired “Four Sisters And A Wedding” last December 2019, followed by “Barcelona: A Love Untold” and “Love You To The Stars And Back” in March 2020.
