Maria, Jericho Rosales, and Janine Gutierrez share what occupations they’d choose if they weren’t in showbiz. He once dabbled in music and was even part of a band, hence his previous dream of becoming a wedding singer. “Because I think it’s very personal,” he says. He’d also like to be a “professional adventurer,” inspired by his friend Drew Arellano, who travels a lot for work.Well, he gets to explore different places as an actor too. For Jodi, that ambition was to become a doctor. That’s why, despite her busy acting career, Jodi has taken steps to inch closer to this dream by completing her degree in Psychology in 2021. She’s also been vocal about her wish to attend medical school someday.Isn’t it amazing that Jodi already donned a white coat through her role as Dr. Jill Ilustre in “<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/tbmv2022" target="_blank">The Broken Marriage Vow?</a>” This makes us see acting as a fascinating job in itself, as it allows actors to wear different professions on camera.Similar to Jodi, Janine’s choice of a ‘second career’ is related to her college degree in European Studies with a focus on International Business. The path might be far from what we imagined, but life still has amazing ways of leading us to exactly where we’re supposed to be—like Jodi, Jericho, and Janine, who found their calling in the limelight.
