Dagdag pa ng pulisya, nakainom umano ang driver nito. </p><p>Tumanggi namang magbigay ng pahayag ang driver at pasahero ng naturang sasakyan.</p><p>Mahaharap ang driver sa kasong RA 10586 o Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act at maaari namang maghain ng reklamo ang PNR dahil sa aberyang dinulot nito sa kanilang mga biyahe at pasahero. </p>

Base sa imbestigasyon ng pulis, pauwi na sana ng Makati ang mga sakay ng kotse na sumusunod sa mobile map app sa smartphone.
