MANILA—President Rodrigo Duterte&#x27;s State of the Nation Address on Monday will reflect &quot;how the future will look like&quot; in the country, Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said Saturday.&quot;This Monday will be the day that you will know the future and how the future will look like in the Philippines,&quot; Andanar told state-run Radyo ng Pilipinas in an interview.Andanar emphasized that the upcoming Presidential annual address, Duterte&#x27;s 4th, will be one of the most important SONAs of the chief executive as it will revolve around his &quot;legacy.&quot;&quot;Ito basically ang isa sa pinaka-importanteng SONA ni Presidente . . . this is about legacy building.
