<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/SYjdgLYA6w0?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>Nadismaya ang isang overseas Filipino worker (OFW) dahil hindi pa rin natatapos ang bahay niya at walang titulo na naipiprisinta ang developer bagaman higit limang taon niya na itong binabayaran. </p><p>Kuwento ni alyas Noel, kapatid ng OFW na kasalukuyang nasa Qatar, ilang beses na silang nakiusap sa Raven Holdings and Land Development, Inc. na tapusin ang konstruksiyon ng kanilang bahay. </p><p>Halos P3 milyon na rin ang naibayad ng pamilya sa nasabing developer para sa bahay na ipinangako sa loob ng isang subdivision sa Lipa City, Batangas.</p><p>Nagreklamo na sa Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) sina Noel at sinabi na hindi rehistrado ang naturang developer para magbenta ng property.</p><p>Kinuha rin ng ‘Tapat Na Po’ ang panig ng Raven Holdings pero dahil ongoing umano ang negosasyon, mas minabuti nilang hindi na muna magsasalita para hindi anila makaapekto sa usapan.</p><p>Paalala naman ng HLURB, palaging siguruhing lehitimo ang developer at broker na mag-aalok ng bahay.</p><div><strong>-- Ulat ni Alvin Elchico, ABS-CBN News</strong></div>
