Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Western Visayas will experience moderate to occasionally heavy rains, which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

The rest of Luzon and the Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) has recorded one death, an elderly who was swept away by strong river current in Apayao.
