Rebellious Jackie (Kathryn Bernardo) is forced to join a medical mission in Tarlac as her mother tries to correct her erring ways, hoping an opportunity for self-discovery would bring change. There, Jackie meets the jolly Kiko (Daniel Padilla), who will make sure she gets all her tasks done. But fate would lead the two to discover something crazy and beautiful in each other.
