Kiana Valenciano finally dropped her highly anticipated debut album “See Me” where she not only expressed her own music but also uncovered a lot about herself through her songwriting.

“It’s my gift for myself, but I hope when people listen to it, they’d find something that’s for them,” shared the R&B singer about her first full-length album, which followed the success of her “Grey” EP released last year.

“See Me,” produced by Moophs, Marcus Davis, and Flipmusic under Tarsier Records, consists of 10 tracks showing off Kiana’s ability to cross genres without losing her sonic brand.

At the album launch held at 20:20 in Makati, Kiana sang “Keep It Secret” with rapper Curtismith. She also had a blast performing her collaborations with Careless Music Manila artists KINGwAw for “Faded, Love” and Sofia for “K Bye.”

She performed all the rest of the tracks, including the carrier single “5:30,” “Get Together,” and “Soldier.”

The much-awaited LP serves as a musical representation of the artist’s evolving influences and songwriting style, amplifying a vibe that resulted from her listening to ‘90s R&B, disco music, and Janet Jackson.
