Kapamilya stars converge this summer in the 2019 ABS-CBN “Summer is Love" Station ID

The biggest stars from our favorite Kapamilya shows are joining forces to spread good vibes and brighten up the season as they dance to the country’s new summer anthem in the 2019 ABS-CBN “Summer Is Love” Station ID.

The biggest stars from our favorite Kapamilya shows are joining forces to spread good vibes and brighten up the season as they dance to the country’s new summer anthem in the 2019 ABS-CBN “Summer Is Love” Station ID.
 
Filipinos got a first look at the star-studded summer video featuring the likes of of Coco Martin of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” Angel Locsin of “The General’s Daughter,” and the cast of “Kadenang Ginto” last Saturday (April 27) on “It’s Showtime” on ABS-CBN.
 
“Idol Philippines” host Billy Crawford and judges Vice Ganda, Moira Dela Torre, and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid also performed the song live, together with “It’s Showtime” family led by Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Jugs Jugueta, Amy Perez, and Ryan Bang with TNT Hurados, Hashtags, and GirlTrends.
 
Also featured in the video, which takes us to different sets and locations of Kapamilya programs, are the “ASAP Natin ‘To” family of Martin Nievera, Ogie Alcasid, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Erik Santos, Sarah Geronimo, Edward Barber, Donny Pangilinan, Robi Domingo, TNT Boys, Janine Berdin, Yeng Constantino, KZ Tandingan, Morissette, and Boyband PH; “World of Dance” host Pia Wurtzbach with judges Gary Valenciano, Maja Salvador, and Billy Crawford; and “Minute to Win It” host Luis Manzano with Negi.
 
Joining them are the cast of “Los Bastardos” led by Jake Cuenca, Albie Casino, Joseph Marco, Joshua Colet, Marco Gumabao, Jane Oineza, Gloria Diaz, and Ronaldo Valdez; Paulo Avelino, Arjo Atayde, JC De Vera, Ryza Cenon, Cholo Baretto, Loisa Andalio, Ronnie Alonte, Tirso Cruz III, Janice De Belen, Albert Martinez, and Maricel Soriano from “The General’s Daughter;” Sophia Reola and RK Bagatsing of “Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit;” and Dimples Romana, Beauty Gonzalez, Adrian Alandy, Francine Diaz, Andrea Brillantes, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin of “Kadenang Ginto.”
 
The stars of the new primetime teleserye “Sino Ang Maysala Mea Culpa” Bela Padilla, Tony Labrusca, Kit Thompson, Ketchup Eusebio,  Sandino Martin, Ivana Alawi, and Jodi Sta. Maria will also show their dance moves, same as Atty. Jose Sison of “Ipaglaban Mo,” and Yassi Pressman, Empoy Marquez, Bassilyo, and Smugglaz of "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," who were with Coco in Japan.
 
Getting in on the fun are “Magandang Buhay” hosts Karla Estrada, Jolina Magdangal-Escueta, and Melai Cantiveros-Francisco, “Tonight with Boy Abunda” host Boy Abunda, the kiddie comedians of “Goin’ Bulilit,” and their older counterparts in “Banana Sundae” led by Angelica Panganiban, John Prats, Jason Gainza, Jobert Austria, and Pooh.
 
Not to be left behind in the newest dance craze are “PBB Otso” Teen Batch 1 Big Four Lie Reposposa, Kaori Oinuma, Karina Bautista, and Jelay Pilones, and the “PBB Otso” Adult Big Four Yamyam Gucong, Fumiya Sankai, Andre Brouilette, and Lou Yanong. More Kapamilya stars will be included in the "Summer Is Love" summer station ID, which will soon be uploaded on the ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel.
 
Following ABS-CBN’s hit Christmas campaigns “Just Love” and “Family is Love,” this year’s summer theme also bears a message of love, emphasizing how life is more meaningful and fun when shared with loved ones like family and friends, whether in good or bad times. 
 
The “Summer is Love” station ID, which features the voices of Vice, Billy, Regine, Moira, and James Reid, is produced by the ABS-CBN Creative Communications Management division. Words were composed by Robert Labayen and Lloyd Oliver Corpuz with music and additional rap lyrics by Yumi Lacsamana and Thyro Alfaro. The “Summer is Love” dance, meanwhile, was choreographed by Edsel Misenas and the Autonomicass Crew.
