Kuya names new set of teen housemates in "Pinoy Big Brother Otso"

April 08, 2019 AT 03:04 PM

A new set of stories will delight and touch the hearts of viewers starting this week as the second batch of teen housemates were announced last weekend in "Pinoy Big Brother Otso."

Entering the House last Saturday (April 6) were the “German Wunder Boy ng Leyte” Mich Wunder, the “Palanggiteen Dreamer ng Camarines Sur” Yen Quirante, the “Hataw Hotie ng Bataan” Angela Tungol, and the “Responsableng Rising Son ng Japan” Shoichi Oka, while the second batch of four official housemates welcomed yesterday, (April 7) which included “Kulitisoy ng Davao” Tan Roncal,  “Miss Palangga-nda ng Cebu”  Kyzha Villalino,   “Promdi-livery Boy ng Lucena” Alfred Beruzil, and “Dance-irella ng Isabela” Sheena Catacutan.

It didn’t take long before Angela, Shoichi Yen, and Mich were faced with their very first challenge as official housemates: to navigate an obstacle course and open Kuya’s House using one of them as a “human key.” Because of their teamwork and determination, the group successfully completed the challenge.

Meanwhile, as the eight entered Kuya’s House, Star Dreamers Jem Macatuno, Shami Baltazar, Narcy Esguerra, Batit Espiritu, Lance Carr, Ashley del Mundo, Emjay Savilla, and Gwen Apuli were asked to join Camp Star Hunt.

Before being trimmed down to eight, the sixteen initially faced challenges at last week’s “The Big Island Adventure.”
