Zephanie Dimaranan is the first "Search for the Idol Philippines" grand winner.
She got a total combined public votes and judges score of 100% and bested her co-finalists Lucas Garcia (70.2%) and Lance Busa (41.89%) last Sunday (July 28).
The 17-year-old singer took home a grand prize of P2 million, house and lot, trip for four to Taiwan, and a recording contract.
