iWant continues to beef up its library of video content.
iWant continues to beef up its library of video content – the largest among all streaming services in the country – with a romance-drama movie that explores people’s journeys to finding themselves, a powerful story that depicts the country’s harrowing history, and an explosive concert featuring JaDine, all available via pay-per-view.
Embark on a trip to Japan in “Between Maybes,” where Julia Barretto plays Hazel, an actress stumped with her career and not having control of her life. She runs away to Saga, Japan and finds an unexpected confidant in Louie (Gerald Anderson), who lives in isolation after experiencing heartbreak from his family. A Black Sheep production, the romance drama follows two Filipinos in their voyage to finding solace, purpose, and love.
Catch one of the last films of the late great Eddie Garcia in “ML,” which won 2nd top-grosser and the Best Actor award for Eddie in the Cinemalaya Film Festival 2018, and as well in the Star Awards 2019, FAMAS Awards 2019, and Gawad Urian Awards 2019. Here, the veteran actor is Colonel Dela Cruz, a retired soldier suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. Believing he’s still in the 70’s during the Martial Law period, the colonel tortures an oblivious college student, mistaking him as an activist going against the Marcos regime. The film has been labeled as a blunt and bold eye-opener to the Philippines’ dark history.
Nadine Lustre and James Reid, meanwhile, ignite the Araneta Coliseum with jaw-dropping performances in their jam-packed “rEVOLution: The JaDine Concert.” Proving their power to entertain their fans beyond TV, movies, and music, the power couple also offers show-stopping and high-energy performances by guest performers featuring showbiz' biggest names, including Sarah Geronimo, Bret Jackson, Kiana Valenciano, Sam Concepcion, and Vice Ganda.
“Between Maybes,” “ML,” and “rEVOLution: The JaDine Concert” can now be enjoyed on iWant via pay-per-view, which offers unlimited viewing of each video content for seven days on any device, anywhere for only P30.
Other pay-per-view offerings available on iWant are 2019 movies, including Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil’s “Alone/Together,” JM De Guzman and Arci Munoz’s “Last Fool Show,” Elisse Joson and McCoy De Leon’s “Sakaling Maging Tayo,” Karla Estrada’s “Familia Blondina,” as well as MMFF 2018 hits “Fantastica” and “Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles,” and another Cinemalaya 2018 standout ““Kuya Wes.”
