February 14, 2020 AT 01:42 PM

Stories of love and kilig will take over this weekend on ABS-CBN this Valentine’s season as the digitally restored versions of box-office hit “My Amnesia Girl” and Filipino classic film “Ikaw Pa Lang ang Minahal” air this Sunday (February 16).

Relive the love story of Apollo (John Lloyd Cruz) and Irene (Toni Gonzaga) in “My Amnesia Girl,” the tale of two lovers whose relationship turns sour after Apollo leaves his bride-to-be on their wedding day. Fate brings them back together, but Irene now suffers from amnesia. This pushes Apollo to rebuild their relationship and prove himself to Irene he is worthy of a second chance.

On the other hand, viewers will witness the power of everlasting love in “Ikaw Pa Lang ang Minahal,” the story of lovers Adela (Maricel Soriano) and David (Richard Gomez), who will battle against all forces, even Adela’s own father, just to be together.

“My Amensia Girl” will air on KB Family Weekend in the morning, while “Ikaw Pa Lang ang Minahal” will be shown late night on Sunday’s Best.

Meanwhile, more restored classics will be available for viewers to enjoy as a slew of films will be shown in various cinemas and events this month of February.

Don’t miss LVN classics “Ibong Adarna” (February 20, 6PM) and “Biyaya ng Lupa” (February 27, 6PM) at the Fringe Manila Festival, happening at the Pineapple Lab, Poblacion. The upcoming Art Fair Philippines, on the other hand, will screen “Misteryo sa Tuwa” (February 23, 5PM) at The Link, Ayala Center Makati.

ABS-CBN Film Restoration will also visit the Bicol region as “Ibong Adarna” (February 25, 7AM) premieres at the Cinema Rehiyon 12 at SM City Naga cinema 4.
