Viewers sa buong bansa, tumututok pa rin sa ABS-CBN noong Oktubre

Viewers nationwide continue to watch ABS-CBN in October

Filipinos across the country still tune into ABS-CBN for their daily news and entertainment fare as the network logged an average audience share of 44% in October, versus GMA’s 31%, according to data from Kantar Media.

Patuloy na pinagkakatiwalaan ang ABS-CBN ng buong sambayanan sa pagbibigay nito ng maiinit na mga balita at makabuluhang mga programa, matapos nitong makamit ang average audience share na 44% noong Oktubre, laban sa 31% ng GMA, ayon sa datos ng Kantar Media. 

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” (35%) pa rin ang hari ng pinakapinapanood na mga programa sa bansa, habang kumapit naman ang viewers hanggang sa dulo ng “The General’s Daughter” (34.1%) na natapos noong nakaraang buwan.
 
Marami rin ang sumubaybay sa “The Voice Kids” (30.2%) tuwing weekend, habang pasok naman sa panlasa ng manonood ang “Parasite Island” (28.8%). Nasa ikalimang pwesto naman ang “TV Patrol” (28.2%) na pinagkukunan ng impormasyon at mahahalagang balita ng mga Pilipino.
 
Kuminang din agad ang bagong Kapamilya teleserye na “Starla” (28.1%) sa pagpasok nito sa top 10 most watched shows.  Kinukumpleto naman ng “Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet” (25.5%), “Maalaala Mo Kaya” (24.6%), at “Rated K: Handa Na Ba Kayo?” (23.2%) ang listahan.
 
Samantala, nagwagi rin ang ABS-CBN sa lahat ng time blocks noong Oktubre, sa pangunguna nito sa primetime (6:00 PM-12:00 MN) kung saan nagtala ito ng 47% share, kumpara sa 32% ng GMA; sa afternoon block (3:00 PM-6:00 PM) kung saan nagtala ito ng 45%, kumpara sa 34% ng GMA; sa noontime block (12:00 NN-3:00 PM) kung saan ito nagtala ng 44%, kumpara sa 30% ng GMA, at sa morning block (6:00 AM-12:00 NN) kung saan naman nagtala ito ng 38%, kumpara sa 27% ng GMA.

Nagwagi rin ang Kapamilya network sa Metro Manila matapos makakuha ng 41% share, para talunin ang 25% ng GMA. Sa Mega Manila naman, nakakuha ang ABS-CBN ng 35%, habang ang GMA ay nakakuha ng 32%.
Sa Total Luzon, nakuha ng ABS-CBN ang 40%, laban sa 33% ng GMA. Nakuha naman ng ABS-CBN ang 53% sa Total Visayas, upang talunin ang 25% ng GMA; at 49% sa Total Mindanao para talunin ang 28% ng GMA.  
Gamit ng multinational audience measurement provider na Kantar Media ang nationwide panel size na 2,610 sa urban at rural homes na kumakatawan sa 100% ng total Philippine TV viewing population.
