<p>The <strong>59th Baeksang Arts Awards</strong> is almost here! As one of the much-awaited and most prestigious awards ceremony in the Korean entertainment scene, Baeksang is all about recognizing excellence in film, television, and theater. Those that made it to the <a href="https://metro.style/people/celebrities/59th-baeksang-arts-awards-nominees-film-and-tv/35232" target="_blank">nominee lineup</a> were selected from projects that were released between April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023. </p><div><br/></div><p>Organized by <em><strong>Ilgan Sports</strong></em> and <strong>JTBC Plus</strong>, this year&#x27;s Baeksang Arts Awards event is set to happen on <strong>April 28, 2023</strong> at the <strong>Incheon Paradise City</strong>. Once again, it will be hosted by this trio: <strong>Shin Dong Yup</strong>, <strong>Bae Suzy</strong>, and <strong>Park Bo Gum</strong>. </p><div><br/></div><p>As always, the lineup of nominees for the Baeksang Arts Awards is exciting. But the competition is especially exhilarating for the <strong>Best Actress (Television) </strong>category, as the actresses who make up the list are all seasoned stars with dramas that truly generated a lot of buzz: <strong>Kim Hye Soo</strong> for <em>Under the Queen&#x27;s Umbrella</em>, <strong>Bae Suzy</strong> for <em>Anna</em>, <strong>Song Hye Kyo</strong> for <em>The Glory</em>, <strong>Park Eun Bin</strong> for <em>Extraordinary Attorney Woo</em>, and <strong>Kim Ji Won</strong> for <font face="Georgia-Italic"><em>My Liberation Notes</em>. </font> </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Get to know the Best Actress -
