and wife, finding contentment in her family life with Luis. However, when the opportunity to return arose, she felt it was the right time to rejoin the industry. “So, <em>ngayon na nagkaroon ako</em> <em>ng </em>opportunity to come home, <em>sabi ko</em>,<em> sige tingnan natin</em>.”</p><div><br/></div><p>Jessy explained that her time away was a period for self-discovery and rest. “Now, I can really say <em>na pumasok ulit ako sa</em> industry <em>na nasa tamang </em>headspace,” she shared. Starting her acting career at 13, Jessy had iconic roles in shows like <em><strong>Maria Mercedes</strong></em>, <em><strong>Budoy</strong></em>, and <em><strong>The Trial</strong></em>. </p><div><br/></div><p>Despite her extensive experience, she admitted feeling nervous about her comeback. “It’s been a while <em>na rin kasi</em>...” Back in the Kapamilya fold, Jessy is eager to explore new roles, especially in action and complex characters. Aside from her aspirations inspired by her mother-in-law Santos, Jessy also revealed her desire to work with Luis. “Actually, I want to work with Luis. <em>Kasi</em>, I’ve never worked with him,” she disclosed with enthusiasm. </p><div><br/></div><p>She also expressed interest in exploring hosting and expanding her skills beyond acting. “And, <em>gusto ko rin ma</em>-try <em>na matuto ng </em>hosting. Renewing his contract, Luis emphasized the importance of being a “forever Kapamilya,” appreciating the mutual trust and support between him and the network. He shared his enthusiasm for the new game show, which he described as a mix of chance, trivia, and fun questions reminiscent of classic game shows. He said, “It’s something <em>na</em> special <em>para sa pamilya talaga</em> and you get to learn something.” </p><div><br/></div><p>“<em>Para sa akin</em>, <em>kaya sobrang </em><em>importante na mga maging</em> &#x27;forever Kapamilya&#x27; is <em>nararamdaman mo na nandiyan kayo para sa isa’t-isa</em>. And the word is already there: Kapamilya. <em>Siguro</em> I would like to think that at the very challenging times of ABS-CBN, I was there, <em>nandoon ako</em>.
