The issuance of student driver’s permits will be suspended from July 1, the Land Transportation Office said Monday.This is because applicants for a student’s permit should have already undergone a 15-hour theoretical driving course starting Aug. 3, said LTO chief Edgar Galvante. &quot;Effective July 1, isu-suspend muna namin ang pag-iissue ng student permit kasi by August ire-require na na dapat yung nag-a-apply ng student permit went through this 15 hours of theoretical session,&quot; Galvante told Teleradyo. &quot;Maraming mga eventually nakakakuha ng lisensya na hindi nila naiintindihan o hindi nila alam kung ano iyong mga rules and regulations on traffic, driving,&quot; he added.
