<p>Though not always the case, a workout is easier to attempt when there’s fun involved. Not everyone is here to train for a Spartan Race or any other fitness competition, and that’s perfectly okay—for as long as you’re making an effort to stay active, and to be healthy and happy, you do you. Who knows—this may very well be the first step you take towards building a new, sustainable fitness habit?</p><div><br/></div><div><strong>Padel</strong></div><p>This Mexican racket sport is perfect to try out with a group of friends, as matches are played in doubles in an enclosed court using the same scoring system as regular tennis. Your go-to pieces of equipment is a short, stringless racket with holes and a low compression ball.
