<p>A new lifestyle show coming to Metro Channel will take viewers on an inspirational health and wellness journey where they can learn how to start taking ownership of their well-being and life. </p><div><br/></div><p><strong>Born For This</strong>, premiering this Saturday, April 2, aims to empower Filipinos by breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, spreading educational awareness and guidance on holistic practices, and building community connection and support.</p><div><br/></div><p>The show is hosted by humanitarian and triathlete <strong>Elle Adda</strong>, who is also a
