Veteran stars of 'Ina Kapatid Anak' are all praises for their young co-stars

<div><img src="" alt="101212-ika_main.jpg" align="left" border="0" height="290" width="305"/>The first week of <i>Ina Kapatid Anak</i> has captured a lot of Kapamilya viewers as veteran stars Pilar Pilapil, Eddie Gutierrez, Ronaldo Valdez, Cherry Pie-Picache, Janice de Belen, and Ariel Rivera established the beginning of a dramatic soap that tackles surrogacy, a family feud, and a star-crossed love affair that gets handed down from generation to generation. Cherry Pie and Janice’s sibling rivalry was played out with excellent performances and lines that kept viewers waiting for more.</div><div><br/></div><div>In the meantime, the veteran stars shared how much they enjoyed working with younger cast members Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Enchong Dee, and Xian Lim who have shown such passion for their craft and professionalism on the set of the soap.</div><div><br/></div><div>Pilar Pilapil: “They’re always acting, <i>parati silang nasa telebisyon at sa pelikula.</i> Somehow they’re able to really perfect the craft. For instance, I haven’t been acting for quite some time, I&#x27;m not always there, I’m not always doing what they’re doing. So it takes a bit of adjustment for us. So I think they are quite good.”</div><div><br/></div><div>Eddie Gutierrez: “<i>Bilib ako sa kanila</i>. They come on the set prepared, they come on time <i>at ang mga luha nila ang bilis pumatak</i>. I’m very happy to play father and <i>lolo</i> to them.”</div><div><br/></div><div>Ronaldo Valdez: “<i>Masarap silang kasama kasi nakaka</i>-relate<i> ako. Ang ibig ko sabihin, ganon ako e</i>, I feel young so enjoy <i>ako na kasama sila</i>.” </div><div><br/></div><div>Cherry Pie Picache: “This is the first time that I’ve worked with Enchong. Of course I’ve worked with Kim Chiu and Xian Lim before. <i>Tama si Tita </i>Pilar, the young stars today have lots of opportunities to really hone their craft.  So <i>ang kagandahan sa pakikipagtrabaho sa kanila</i>, they have that willingness, good work attitude coupled with good behavior. I think that works for all of them.”</div>
