Although she has said several times in the past that she's ready to meet her ex-husband Rustom Padilla now known as BB Gandanghari, host-actress Carmina Villaroel claimed that she realized that she was never really that ready in the past.

Now though, during this Sunday's Buzz ng Bayan episode, Carmina believes that she can go face-to-face with BB.

“Before [kapag tinatanong ako], sinasagot ko oo. Pero ngayon, nung napapanood ko, parang hindi na. Wala ng parang [awkwardness]. Hindi na,' she said.

Carmina's confession came after the show aired an interview of action star Robin Padilla talking about how he mended ties with BB.

“Okay naman na. Kung ano 'yung nangyari, tapos na iyon. Hindi ko lang alam if kaya ko na bang harapin. Pero nung pinapanood ko, parang wala lang,” said she.

According to the Got to Believe actress, it's been a while since they were a couple and that she has moved on from the past.

“Parang after a while, wala na tapos na. Ang tagal tagal na. Madami pang importanteng bagay na dapat pagtuunan ng pansin,” she said.

Carmina and Rustom tied the knot in 1994, but separated in 1996. Their marriage was annulled in 2002. Rustom on the other hand came out in when he returned to the country in 2009 after staying in US for so long.

Should their one-on-one interview happen anytime soon, Carmina has let out one condition--that she meet BB beforehand.

“Siguro mangyayari 'yun pero gusto ko sana magkita kami na wala munang camera. Gusto ko muna makita, gusto ko talaga siya pagmasdan,” she said.

After all these years of being apart, Carmina considers BB as a different person from the man that she married before.

'Ang dating sa akin, iba talaga siyang tao na. Parang wala na 'yung Rustom. Different person na,' she said.

But does she think they can get along well?

“Feeling ko okay kaming dalawa, jive kami. Mahirap kasi magsalita. So kapag nangyari na lang, 'yun na,” she said.

It may be recalled that Carmina said in the past interview that she's BB's 'peg' because of the slight resemblance in their appearance.
