Vice Ganda on Anne Curtis: 'Nasasaktan 'yung tao, basta 'yun nasasaktan siya'

This is according to Vice Ganda who spoke out about the latest controversy concerning his It’s Showtime co-host. In an interview with Vice during the grand presscon of <i>Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy </i>on December 4 inside ABS-CBN compound, the comedian stated that he could sense Anne’s pain and distress during these trying times.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Siyempre kahit hindi niya sabihin alam naman natin na nasasaktan ‘yung tao di ba</i>? <i>Nasasaktan ‘yung tao, basta ‘yun nasasaktan siya. Kasi ako nga nong nag-uusap kami sabi ko, ‘Alam na alam ko ‘yung pakiramdam kasi nanggaling ako diyan, sabi ko eh bakla na ako ha, matapang na ako pero iniyakan ko ‘yan, naiyak ako sa mga sinabi sa akin, sa mga panghuhusgang ibinigay sa akin, sa mga nabasang sobra-sobra tungkol sa akin.’ Sabi kong ganon, ‘Lalo ka na, babae ka, malambot ka, hindi ka sanay sa ganyan so alam ko kung gaano kasakit ‘yan kaya sabi ko</i>, ‘I have to be here for you,’” he said.</div><div><br/></div><div>Vice clarified that he’s not harboring any ill feelings towards the people who allegedly provoked Anne’s misbehavior in the bar. “Unang-una hindi ako pwedeng magalit kasi wala silang ginawang direkta sa akin. Bakit ko naman huhusgahan ‘yung ginawa niya? Hindi ako naiinis sa kahit kanino man kung mayroon akong kinaiisnisan ngayon, ang naiinis ako ang itong sobra-sobra namang panghuhusga.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Ako</i> for myself <i>ako alam kong nagkamali</i> si Anne Curtis at si Anne Curtis <i>din naman alam niyang nagkamali siya, aminado siya kaya nga humingi na ng tawad eh. Pero sabi ko sa kanya hindi natin mapipigil ang publiko kung ano ang gusto nilang sabihin kaya tatagan mo na lang ang loob mo. Pero hindi ako galit, pero bakit naman ako magagalit sa mga involved eh wala naman ako don? Ayoko ng makisawsaw no</i>h,” he added.</div><div><br/></div><div>Vice advised Anne to remain strong and resilient despite the many malicious comments and backlash that the latter is currently receiving. “S<i>abi ko sa kaniya na hindi natin mapipigilan ang publiko kung ano ang gusto nilang sabihin pero tatagan mo na lang ang loob mo. Kahit anong gawin niya ngayon, huhusgahan siya ng tao. Gumawa siya ng tama, huhusgahan. Gumawa siya ng isa pang mali, huhusgahan.</i></div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Kaya ang tama niyang gawin ay magtrabaho siya, habang nalilibang siya, kumikita siya</i>. ‘Keep yourself busy and <i>gawin mo ang trabahong binigay sa iyo. Wag mong i</i>-prioritize<i> &#x27;yung sakit. Ikaw ang magagawa mo na lang ay umiyak, magdasal at maghintay na tapos na ito.
