John stressed that he already moved on from what happened. “Ako naman kasi iniwanan ko na sa past ‘yun, kumbaga sa akin it was forgiven,” he said. Yet he’s quick to add that what occurred is still something that lingers at the back of his mind. “But the fact na nangyari, it was never forgotten, so sa akin pinagsa-Diyos ko na lang, and ganon na lang siguro, wala namang hang-ups ngayon, okay naman, masaya naman ulit, so ganon na lang.”

The Banana Split actor said he wishes Jason all the best and hopes that the latter would get his act together.

Would they ever welcome Jason back on Banana Split?

John is very happy right now especially that Banana Split is going strong. When asked what he thinks is the reason behind the show’s staying power, he relayed, “Siguro it’s the chemistry, ‘yung sa amin, ‘yung family na meron kami, kung sino ‘yung bagong pumasok, kung sino ‘yung matagal na don, lahat pantay-pantay. Siguro dahil ini-enjoy namin ‘yung ginagawa namin.”
