Vicki Belo admits having wedding talks with Hayden Kho

Doctor to the stars Vicki Belo briefly confirmed that she and Hayden Kho are once again considering tying the knot. “Pinag-uusapan namin,” said Vicki in an interview with PEP recently.

The report likewise noted that Vicki thanked Hayden for expressing desire to marry her in an earlier interview. But she added, “Yeah, we're just talking about it. Wala pa naman concrete plans. Thank you.”

Hayden, according to report, for his part refused to comment on the Vicki’s revelation. Hayden, in a slip of tongue, revealed the marriage talks in the October 11 episode of Bottomline. “Yeah. Nahuli mo ako dun ako ah!” Hayden said.

When prodded to elaborate as to whether he would join the list of stars who popped the question this year he said, “’Yun mga ganyan, pwede bang mga secret secret na lang 'yan?”

Prior to this admission, Hayden had been quoted several times for saying that he and Vicki are just “very, very good friends” right now.

Since he got embroiled in a number of sex scandal controversies, many have come to doubt his integrity as a person, especially now with his renewed devotion as a gospel evangelist.

To those doubting about the true status of his relationship with Vicki he said, “There are things that shouldn’t be on paper. There are things that I reserve for my private life. I don’t want to be on people’s screens or computers. We are good friends. We are very, very good friends.

“I really like our relationship now. We go to church together. We study the Bible together. Every Monday, we have a Bible study,” he added.

More than the controversy and criticism that he faced, Hayden singled out that it was Vicki’s tough love that really made him want to change. “I think it’s more that she gave me an ultimatum na, ‘Kapag hindi ka pa nag-ayos, bahala ka sa buhay mo.’ It’s that tough love. I took it seriously,” he said.

According to Hayden in that interview, he couldn’t be any grateful that Vicki stuck it out with him despite everything that happened. “We’ve been together for nine years. We are tried and tested. And here comes the topic of faith again. I know that she loves me because of what she’s already shown. I know it’s hard to believe that I love her because of those things that I have done in the past. But what I’m trying to be, I think 'yun din ang nagbibigay ng hope kay Vicki that there’s something in this guy,” he explained.
