Toni and Boy made their thoughts about the issue known during the Sunday episode of their show just a few moments after they reported about the incident.

Discounting the fact that it was supposedly Daniel and a friend, which wasn’t confirmed nor denied by the teen star’s camp, Boy underscored that there are those days when they, as celebrities, express or conduct themselves differently because they are with a different crowd.

Halimbawa tanggapin natin, ‘I’m with Toni and another friend and another friend, may mga bagay talaga na sinasabi natin. Lalo na mga critical analysis, opinion natin na hindi pwedeng ilabas sa publiko dahil atin ito eh. We use a different language,” he said.

The Home Sweetie Home star on the other hand reiterated that the incident made her conscious of her bluntness especially whenever she’s with her sister Alex Gonzaga.

“Kami ni Alex lagi kaming magkasama sa dressing room tapos may mga kasama rin. Sabi ko kay Alex, ‘Simula ngayon wala na tayong pag-uusapan na mga kung ano-ano dahil hindi natin alam baka may nagvi-video dito halimbawa may sinabi tayo sa damit o kung ano,’” she recalled what she told her.

She realized that she has to be cautious of what she says even behind the camera, “’Yun mag-ingat dahil baka may nagre-record and pangalawa mag-ingat talaga sa mga sasabihin at lalabas sa bibig natin.”

Kasi diba our words daw are like boomerang ‘yung whatever it is that you fireback it comes back to you,” Toni added.

The King of Talk meanwhile didn’t mask his utter disappointment at the idea that an outright betrayal could’ve been done to the Teen King.

“Can you imagine may kasama kang kaibigan tapos nire-record ang pag-uusap niyo? That’s betrayal and that’s against the law. That’s against the Anti-Wiretapping Law pero higit sa lahat isipin niyo po kung isa sa inyong mga kaibigan ang tinatraydor ka right on the spot,” he said.

Instead of letting your guards down around the people whom you consider as your friends, Boy reiterated that the incident could turn someone to become utterly “paranoid.”

“What I was trying to say is tanggapin natin diba na kapag nagku-kwentuhan tayo ‘yung mga pinaguusapan na hindi malicious pero gumagamit tayo ng lengwahe because we use these words trusting the people we talk to,” he said.
