As the star of the newest Kapamilya drama series Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita, Jane Oineza admitted she still feels overwhelmed with all the attention she has been getting since she joined Pinoy Big Brother All In last year. “I'm happy, nervous, and super-excited and blessed. Pagkalabas ko ng Bahay ni Kuya sinabi na nila sa akin that we're going to work on the new show nga and siguro since September or October ginagawa na namin yuung Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita. Mostly kasi inuna talaga yung back story, pinaganda talaga namin,” she said.

In the new soap, Jane is partnered with Jerome Ponce whom she admits she is already very good friends with. “Una kasi nag-meet kami sa Star Magic sa office and hanggang sa may mga napag-kuwentuhan na kami, may mga similarities tapos hanggang sa vibes na kami and nagkakasama na kami dahil nag-ho-host na kami sa ASAP Chillout. Dun kami una actually napansin ng mga tao puwede kami mag-work together tapos eto na. Happy ako kasi I get to work with Jerome and I'm looking forward sa mga scenes namin together,” she shared.

As to whether Jerome stands any chance with her in case he plans to court her, “We'll see. Ayoko naman magsalita ng patapos,” she replied.

Other members of the cast include her former housemate Joshua Garcia whose closeness to Jane during their PBB stint led some netizens to christen them as an unofficial love team named “Joshane.” But after the season ended, the two parted ways only to be reunited as part of the cast of Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita.

The 18-year-old actress said that she’s okay with working with Joshua because there is really no bad blood between them even though they are not as close as before. “Siguro tapos na yun. Past na yun. I think it's time na magkaroon ng bagong relationship with them, it's time to create new memories with them and happy ako for them,” she said of Joshua and other NKNKK co-star Loisa Andalio.

Even the issue with Kathryn Bernardo has also finally been put to rest according to Jane. She revealed that they even see each other when they do ASAP every Sunday. “I said sorry inside the house and outside in-explain ko rin, I said sorry rin. Parang mali lang siguro yung pagkaka-understand dun sa sinabi ko. Okay naman kasi wala naman talaga, misunderstanding lang naman talaga. Wala naman sigurong nagbago. Parang okay naman. Misunderstanding lang naman. Nung nagkasama naman kami sa ASAP parang pareho naman yung pakikitungo niya sa iba at sa akin,” she admitted.

As for her relationship with basketball player Jeron Teng, Jane said they are doing well despite their busy schedules. “We're okay. Constant naman yung communication. We're okay naman. We're keeping it private and mas focused sa projects,” she said. One thing she admires about her suitor is how supportive he is of her career including her new love team. “Hindi lang naman sa love team kung hindi sa lahat lahat, sa show, sa mga kasama ko and sa work ko. Siguro we're just trying to keep it private na lang din for now kasi most probably mas focused muna kami sa work,” she added.

Jane is also proud of how fans of “JaRon” are handling her being paired with someone new onscreen. “Actually nakakatuwa sila kasi they're very supportive and they're really understanding din kaya I'm happy na nandiyan sila for me and to support me in everything I do. Para sa akin iba naman ung characters sa show sa real life and nakakatuwa na they support us individually and kapag magkasama and kami rin ni Jeron,” she explained.
