Despite keeping mum as to the true status of their relationship, it seems that Cesar Montano and Sandra Seifert cannot deny that they do spend time together.

This was especially proven by a recent photo on PEP where the two were seen together watching the Ellen show live in the US.

The photo showed the former beauty queen sitting beside Cesar in the audience as host Ellen DeGeneres passed by their row.

This photo came right on the heels of Cesar’s recent remark about the rumors surrounding him which includes supposedly getting Sandra and another Kapampangan model pregnant.

It may be recalled that even Cesar’s older sibling Marimer, who’s also being dragged into the controversy, aired her side on the issues against her brother.

Recently, reports have it that Sandra is supposedly set to give birth to her child with Cesar soon and will allegedly be staying in Italy where Marimer is based.
